These 4 Obi were picked up this week at an Estate Sale of a Hiroshima Japan Family..
They are definitely vintage and looking to bring their beauty to someone else’s life.

This is truly luxurious fabric with so much of it, if you are not an obi wearer they definitely can add richness to amy home decor.
The first one I was told is a Fukuro Obi it is so beautiful.
The print is on one side and the oppositeside is solid color silk material.
This Obi measures:
171” L x 12” W or 434.34cm L x 30.48”cm W
Next on the list is this Nagoya Obi it is one of the onesthat goes from 12” in width on one end to 6” width on the other. The fabric hasactually been folded in half and then one end of it sewed down.
This I am told make it easier for wearer totie up the Obi.
This one shows beautiful embroidery.
